Cancellation Policy
A deposit will be required to book any full set and new client fill appointments, this deposit will go towards your service. Your deposit will be non-refundable if you are 15 minutes late or you reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
For first time no-show or rescheduling/cancelling your appointment 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged.
For the second time, you will be charged 30% of your service.
For a third and beyond, you will be charged 100% of your service.
If you show up to your appointment with 30% or less of your eyelash extensions, you will be charged for a full set.
I do not do refunds for any services.
If you have an allergic reaction to the adhesive used, I will be happy to do a free removal as soon as I am notified of a reaction.
If your lashes fall out quickly, there's a multitude of reasons why they fell out - the lashes were oily, got wet, been pulled, too much steam, etc.
Because it's so up in the air, I will always offer a free touch up if many lashes have fallen out within 3 days after your appointment to make sure you're looking perfect!
If you didn't like the set, I will always offer touch up services to fix what ever part of the lashes you are unsatisfied with. I typically ask 2-3 times if everything looks good while in the salon and if I am not notified of the issue before you leave, there's nothing I can do to help except offer a free touch up or a free removal.
